We also acknowledge that sometimes customers receive a product that doesn't meet their expectations, and we are happy to accept returns on those products. Our Return & Exchange Policy defines the specific conditions and steps involved in returning or exchanging a product from your order of skin/haircare lines at Baanch. We strive to provide our customers with an uncomplicated, equitable, and easy-to-understand return experience.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At Baanch, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We provide you with a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee so you can use our skin and hair care products without any risk to your money. If you don’t like what you buy from us, just let us know within 14 days and as long as the items meet our return eligibility criteria, we will take them back.

Return Eligibility
Because skincare and haircare products have unique characteristics that make them more personal to you, we only accept returns or exchanges based upon these specific circumstances:
Unused and Unopened
"Hygiene Standards and Safety Standards" for returned products state that products must be unopened, unused, with labels attached, and free from any evidence of use when returned.
Original Packaging
Returned products should be in their original box with all labels, seals, packing materials, to ensure that the product arrives to us safely and qualifies for a return.
Within 14 Days
All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery; otherwise your return may not be accepted.
Proof of Purchase
For faster, more efficient return processing (and to verify your order) a valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned to us due to hygiene, safety, and quality reasons. By not allowing these items to be returned, we can be certain that when you receive a product from Baanch that it has not been touched by anyone except for the manufacturer. :
- Any opened or used products cannot be returned back to us, as skincare and haircare products are considered personal-use items.
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Items purchased at a clearance or promotional sale are at a discounted price when purchased and therefore not eligible for a refund or an exchange unless they were received damaged or incorrect.
- Any free gifts or other complimentary products received with your order are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Please contact us right away if you've received a damaged or incorrect item, and we'll help you resolve the issue.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Customer Service
Email us at info@baanch.com or call +919468791136 within 14 days of receiving your order. To request support from the Baanch team via email, please include both your order information and the reason why you want to exchange/return. Having both pieces of information will enable us to respond effectively and efficiently to your request. In addition, including clear pictures of any damaged or incorrectly received products can speed up the process.
Receive Authorization
After reviewing eligibility and confirming your request, you will receive a return authorization and clear instructions on how to continue the return process. This step is vital to ensuring a convenient and trouble-free return experience.
Package Your Return
Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include your RAN and a copy of your order confirmation. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Ship Your Return
Send the packaged product using a reliable courier service, as guided by our support team. Please retain the tracking details until the return is completed.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If your product qualifies, our customer service department will provide assistance with your request via phone/e-mail in the following manner: First we will provide return shipping instructions, and upon completion of return we will promptly ship you a replacement of your original purchase as soon as we process your returned product to verify condition.
We want to ensure all customers have a hassle-free return experience, thus you can feel confident using your Baanch skin & hair care products again.
Pro Tip: Contact our customer service team before placing your new order, and we may be able to expedite your exchange or provide a discount code for your convenience.
Refund Processing
Once we approve your return request and our team gets the product and checks it over carefully, we will begin the refund process. Refunds usually take 7 to 10 business days to process, and the money goes back to the same payment method that was used to make the purchase. You will get a message saying that the refund has gone through.
Damaged or Defective Items
Thank you for your inquiry. We are very sorry to hear that you received a defective or damaged product from Baanch. Please send us your order number along with images of the defective or damaged product, as well as any other information that might help increase the amount of information we have about your order. Please send all of this information in the same time frame outlined in Baanch's return policy, and we will review your order to see if your product needs to be replaced or refunded based on the evidence you provide.
Baanch strives to provide prompt and satisfactory responses to all inquiries from customers, so that our customers can continue to use Baanch's skin and hair care lines in the future.
International Returns
Currently, Baanch doesn't have a policy for returns or exchanges on international purchase orders. This is a consequence of the difficulty of shipping across borders, customs regulations, and hygiene. All purchases made outside of the U.S. are final.
