Order Processing Time
Baanch starts processing your order within 1 to 2 days of confirming it. Sunday and public holidays are not considered business days. Once your order has been prepared, we carefully pack your order and hand it over to our reliable delivery service providers
In busy periods such as sales and festive seasons, the time taken to process orders may take longer; however, we ensure that all customers receive regular updates regarding their order status so that they do not feel left in the dark regarding their purchase.

Standard Shipping
The most frequently used as well as the most affordable choice when ordering items through the company. Items ordered with standard delivery will take longer than express delivery to arrive at your location, making standard delivery better suited for frequent purchases.

Overnight Shipping
Next day delivery was designed for items that are urgently needed. Orders placed with next day delivery will be delivered on the next business day or as soon as Amazon can deliver them, depending on the geographic area of serviceability. International Shipping
We're excited to ship our skincare products worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days depending on your location and customs clearance.
Currently, Baanch can only ship to customers within the country of India; we are currently working to develop our ability to ship internationally to provide you with better access. We hope that in the near future we will be able to give you access to Baanch from anywhere in the world! For now, all of our orders will only be able to ship to those customers who provide us their address in India. Thank you for your support and belief in our growth as a brand!
Important: We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders due to customs processing variations. Please allow extra time during peak holiday seasons.
Packaging & Product Care

The moment that your order has been shipped we will send you a confirmation via either email or SMS with tracking information allowing you to track your shipment from its point of dispatch until it arrives at your home or business.

Address Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We ship to both residential and commercial addresses, as well as PO boxes for standard shipping.
Please note that express and overnight shipping options cannot be delivered to PO boxes. Make sure to include apartment numbers, suite numbers, or any other relevant details to help our carriers locate your delivery address.
