Shipping
Free shipping on all orders
We offer free standard shipping on every order across India. There is no minimum order value.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days. Remote areas may take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather, or festive season volumes.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within India only.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS so you can follow your delivery.
Damaged or missing parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged, or a product is leaking or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or an unboxing video. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.
- If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us and we will trace it with our courier partner.
Undelivered orders
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery or a refund for prepaid orders.
